How it works
This UI sends a POST to /api/otp/send. The worker should handle sending the OTP (Gmail/SendGrid).
Verify OTP
After receiving the OTP by email, open Verify page to confirm.
Notes
Logo and styles are bundled — upload this to Cloudflare Pages or use Wrangler to deploy the Worker and Pages.
